Buttery Lemon Pepper Noodles

-Vegan butter

-Spaghetti (I usually use quinoa or lentil pasta)

-Spinach

-Mushrooms

-Tempeh

-Lemon pepper seasoning

-Lemon juice

-Optional: vegan parmesan

Cook the pasta according to its instructions. Stir butter and the lemon pepper seasoning (which if you don't have... get, but for now use lemon juice pepper and salt) into the cooked pasta while you cook tempeh (or tofu) and mushrooms on the skillet with a little bit of coconut oil and lemon juice. Add spinach at the very end because it cooks really fast, and then add everything into the pasta and top with some parmesan and a little more seasoning if you want!
