Loaded Oats

-Oatmeal

-Pecans

-Nut butter

-Hemp protein powder

-Flax seeds

-Coconut Sugar

-*Optional: make with nondairy milk instead of water


Cook the oatmeal according to its directions and then pile all of those ingredients on top and mix! You can use any nuts or seeds you want but I love pecans in oatmeal the best.
