Breakfast Burrito

-Wrap

-Spinach

-Tofu

-Spices (whatever you want, I used turmeric, cumin, red pepper flakes, and salt)

-Potatoes

-Avocado

Cook the tofu on a skillet with a tiny bit of oil and all of the spices, I use the spatula to break up the tofu into almost crumbles. Add the potatoes (again, I buy potato chunks in a bag in the freezer section) and cook until the tofu and potatoes are done. Slice avocado onto the wrap and then add the rest and wrap it and eat it. I had it with some orange/mango/peach juice which SO good.
