Chocolate Avocado Smoothie

-1/2 an avocado

-1/2 frozen banana

-3 tbsp raw cacao

-A few tsp.s coconut sugar or agave

-Coconut or almond milk

-1 tsp. cinnamon

*Optional: add coffee, nut butter or protein powder

Blend all these in a blender and enjoy! I freeze my milks so that my smoothies are thicker. I also added the protein powder (vanilla flavored hemp) and some almond butter to mine which I definitely recommend if you have any.
