Caramel Chocolate Protein Smoothie

-Bananas (1 or 2 frozen)

-Non-dairy milk (if you want a thicker smoothie, freeze milk cubes)

-Coconut sugar or non-dairy caramel creamer, or maple syrup, or agave...

-Vegan protein powder (I use hemp)

-Cacao (Hershey's coco powder is literally just cacao)

-Peanut butter (or/and almond, sunflower, cashew.....)

-Chia seeds

Blend everything together in a blender. I used about 1 tbsp. of creamer, cacao, and the chia. I used about 1/3 c milk and the serving size of protein (3 tbsp). And I put a few tbsp. of peanut and almond butter. Enjoy!!

You can also add coffee to this smoothie and just lower the amount of milk/add more frozen ingredients.
