Berry Chia Smoothie

-1/2 a frozen banana
-About 1 cup frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries)
-A big handful of spinach
-2 tbsp. chia seeds
-3/4 cup apple juice
-1/3 cup coconut water (these are approximate- I just poured a bunch of juice in)
Blend all the ingredients in a blender- my roommate has a Vitamix and it blends really well- I don't even notice the chia seeds (if you're looking to buy a blender I would definitely recommend a Vitamix)
