Tempeh and Kale Wrap

-Tortilla (I like Trader Joe's olive oil whole wheat tortillas)

-Tempeh

-Kale

-Hummus

-Avocado

-Rice (I used brown)

-Mushrooms


Cook the tempeh and mushrooms together with seasoning (I used sea salt, paprika, garlic, and cumin). Spread hummus and avocado onto the wrap then add rice and the rest on top, then wrap it up and enjoy! I had mine with a glass apple juice :)
