Groceries

I do my groceries at Trader Joe's once a week or so, and I usually can get everything I need for around $30. Sometimes it's closer to $50, sometimes I can get away with $20.

I'll just tell you what I try to keep in the fridge at all times.

-Kale

-Spinach

-Mushrooms

-Tempeh

-Edamame

-Peppers or tomatoes

-At least one fresh fruit (strawberries or oranges, grapefruit etc.)

-Lemons! Lemons are important

-Coconut water and at least one juice for smoothies

-Almond or coconut milk

-Vegan butter

-Vegan cheeze

-Some nut butter

-Hummus

-Avocados, extremely important

-Salad dressing (like green goddess dressing)

-Frozen fruit (I switch it up)

-Bananas

-Seeds

-Quinoa or quinoa pasta

-Protein powder (hemp)

-Oats

-Cocoa powder

-Coconut sugar

-Chips

-Either wraps or sprouted bread

-Dark chocolate

These are my basics and then if I see something in the store I pick up random stuff here n there.
