Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

-1 c vegan butter (EarthBalance)
-1/2 c brown sugar
-1/2 c white sugar or coconut palm sugar (for a healthier option)
-1/4 c (unsweetened) non-dairy milk, I like coconut the best *if your milk is sweetened, just use a little less sugar
-1 tsp. vanilla
-2 1/4 c flour
-Pinch of salt
-1 tsp. baking soda
-1 c chocolate chips (vegan/ dark chocolate)
Preheat to 350. Mix the butter and sugars (either electric mixer or by hand with a whisk is fine). Add the milk and vanilla, mix. Add the dry ingredients little by little as you mix, and then add the chocolate chips at the end. Bake for 8-10 minutes and turn halfway, mine only took 8 minutes but it depends on your oven so just watch closely after 8. Enjoy them alone or dip them in (non-dairy) milk!
